General Discussion / memory error

Tried to set up my new falcon zero f170hd but ran into a problem. Inserted the supplied 64 gb sd card as per instuctions and was shown a blue screen with message "memory error". Tried again but got same result. Has anybody else had this problem and if so , is there a soution to this? Thanks.
