My Falconzero

This company is more interested in selling new products than supporting the products they have sold. I would never buy from this company again. It is great to see that the dashcam viewer software keeps upgrading. I am very disappointed in Falcon and would never recommend them to anyone.

A long time ago I received an email telling me to have patience that it would be fixed. STILL no indication it will ever be fixed. I had high hopes for this company because James was so responsive to customer needs. Looks like that is gone now that someone else is doing customer support. I truly believe this will never be fixed. A sad commentary on a company that started out so good.

Website is down again. Been down for 2 days and counting.

What happened to the website? It says not available.

Aren't those just crazy instructions! They are not an easy way to flash firmware. I do not know what directory to put the files in, the root or somewhere else. I love everything about the dashcam but that.

I have the same issue. My plate is 7 digits. I'll email James and let you know.

I also have had no real problems with the F170. I had one minor problem and it was resolved quickly. I have no complaints about the product. I suggest you email them directly stating your problem.
